Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your garments, your shopping experience and your interaction with us. 

Returns & exchange:

Our returns period is 30 days from the point of receipt. If your garment doesn't fit or isn't quite right for you; you're welcome to exchange it for another size/item or credit note. We don't refund for change of mind or incorrect size. We will do everything possible to ensure a happy ending for your exchange and will work with you to get the best possible replacement item out to you. Please note we do not refund for change of mind on purchases.

For any exchange on full priced items, Bonsai Kitten will cover the postage of the replacement item back to you. The returned items postage must be organised by you. Please email within 7 days of receiving your order to organise an exchange.

Any exchange on sale items will only be available if the item is in stock. For any exchanged sale item, the customer will be responsible for any postage of the item of exchange.

Please note we do not refund for issues related to sizing but will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your experience.

We will exchange any item which is faulty or not what the purchaser ordered. In this circumstance Bonsai Kitten will reimburse for postage and cover any additional postage charges. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.

For hygiene purposes Bonsai Kitten can not exchange underwear or earrings. All items for exchange must be received in their original condition with the tags still attached, in original packaging, unworn, free from make up stains, pet hair and smoke etc. We reserve the right to decline any items not in a saleable state.
