Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your garments, your shopping experience and your interaction with us. 

Returns & exchange:

Bonsai Kitten will exchange any item which is faulty or not what the purchaser specified. In this circumstance Bonsai Kitten will reimburse for postage and cover the additional postage charges. 

If you're item doesn't fit/the sizing is incorrect, Bonsai Kitten will cover postage of the item for exchange. The returned items delivery must be organised by the purchaser.

For hygiene purposes Bonsai Kitten can not exchange worn articles or underwear. All items for exchange must be received within 7 -12 working days of delivery, in their original condition with the tags still attached. 

Bonsai Kitten will only refund items that are deemed faulty. Please refer carefully to sizing charts when purchasing items as refunds are not offered on items that do not fit. Refunds will not be given for change of mind on purchases.

Bonsai Kitten is designed and operated from Melbourne Australia, and all handmade in Bali, Indonesia. All fabrics are best quality cotton, viscose, lycra and poly/viscose lycra. For best longevity we suggest handwash or cold/warm gentle machine wash in a delicates bag.
